NOTICE

Only the illustrations (or other product “in-focus”) and the Wooden Frames in the photos are for sale – Decorations, instruments ect. are not for sale. Frames are not included. The colors may vary from screen to screen, due to color calibration.

ORDER

To make an order, relevant personal information is needed, such as name, address, phone number, email and payment card details. As soon as your payment card has been validated and your order has been registered, we will send you a final order confirmation per. mail.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

We accept popular payment methods through Stripe and PayPal. We never store your credit card or bank details. We use official regulated payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Your card details will be verified and stored securely by Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not have access to your credit card information, except in the form of a payment token. These secure services tokenize your details to obfuscate your data when creating a payment authorization between your bank and our services, meaning that we as a business never have access to your information. Certain card providers charge a fee per transaction.

PRICES 

All prices on the webshop are quoted in Danish kroner including VAT. Prices may change at any time, eg. during promotions. We are subject to price errors. Any price change or price error will not affect your order if you have already received an order confirmation.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

All European online retail platforms must adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations which came into force in the UK on 13 June 2014 (replacing the Distance Selling Regulations).

These regulations outline the various rights consumers have when it comes to cancelling orders which aren’t required. However, there are a number of exemptions to these rules and the types of product we create fall under those items that you are unable to return once received, unless there is a defect with the product. The circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel include perishable items, CDs, DVDs, pharmaceutical products and software if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping. Exemptions are also made for tailor-made or personalised items. All prints and frames are made on demand products and tailor made, custom-made and bespoke to the end-consumers individual specifications and no order would exist unless a personalised commission was provided.

We print on demand specifically on your request – therefore no, as written above, return rights to return your order is valid. 

Given we have not initiated production for your order or dispatched the relevant products to you, you can cancel. To do this you must notify us as soon as possible in writing at the address above or by sending an email to contact@lzhn.dk.

Note: We recommend that you use a frame with UV glass for your new art print or your original. In this way the sun will not get the colors of the image to fade and you will enjoy your artwork for a long time.

COMPLAINT

You have 24 months' warranty. If the product is defective or otherwise it is wrong, you have the opportunity to advertise in accordance with Danish law. You must advertise the product in a timely manner from the notice of the error. 2 months will always be considered as a timely complaint. Your warranty will expire if the defect in your item is deemed to be due to improper use, incorrect or lack of maintenance, improper storage, normal wear and tear or otherwise self-inflicted.

When shopping, it is important that we can get in touch with you if questions arise. your order. Therefore, it is important that you provide a valid phone number and a valid email address. In addition, we need your name and your correct address to send the item to you. None of your personal information registered with us will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties.

We reserve the right to change our terms of trade on a continuous basis, but still in accordance with Danish law.

We reserve the right to price changes and price errors or other errors that are of value.
